Return Policy
Standard Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date, provided they meet the following requirements:
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Products must be in new, non-activated, unused, and resalable condition.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Returns are limited to core drone package components, including:
- Drone
- Spray Tanks
- Spread Tanks
- Chargers
- Batteries
- Generators
Defective Products
Products determined to be defective or non-functional may be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date.
For authorized dealers, defective products may be returned within 90 days (3 months) of the original delivery date.
The following items qualify for defective returns:
- New products that arrive defective or fail to operate as intended.
- Used products that develop a verified manufacturing defect.
- Individual parts that are confirmed to be defective.
All defective returns may be subject to inspection or verification prior to replacement, repair, or credit.
