AAOC (better-known as the part 137 certificate) 

Is a License for dispensing chemicals and agricultural products with UAS.

You will need to have an APPROVED 44807 to apply

NOTE: Before Operating under A 137 License You will still need to have obtained a Part 107, Class 3 Medical, 44807, As well as met state requirements for pesticide application.

Fill out form 8710-3

This application must match the information on your 44807

Email the form, with your 44807 exemption number to:

UAS137Certificates@faa.gov

The Faa usually takes 2-10 weeks to review applications

(The average time is 4 weeks)

This is a good time to meet your State Pesticide Requirements.
